The elder is a kind of precious wealth for society, so in order to encourage them for more community activities, the government is dedicated to building a positive ageing society that enables home-based care for them. This book adopts a narrative style of study and, by analyzing the housing experience and demands of elder Chinese immigrants in New Zealand, discusses their understanding of on home-based care and the changes happen to them during their migration.)
