Jackson's Second Time's the Charm is the sixth book in her "Westmoreland Legacy: The Outlaws" series, after The Outlaw's Claim. When Charm Outlaw spies the one man who broke her heart--music star Dylan Emanual--while at a destination wedding, she vows she will finally have her revenge. The more she gets to know Dylan, though, the more drawn she is to the man he has become. Can he prove to her that the second time really is the charm? St. John's Her Secret Billionaire, second in her "Six Gems" series, after Her Best Friend's Brother, features chef and new restauranteur Egypt Cox. When the handsome stranger who just asked her out is mugged in her parking lot, Egypt is dismayed to realize that he wakes with no knowledge of who he is. He remembers his attraction to Egypt, however, but she's been burned by a man before and worries how he'll feel when his memory returns. VERDICT Since both books are series continuations, regular readers will undoubtedly want to get their hands on them.--Rebecca Moe
