Or should she settle for a thug? As her hairdresser tells her, thugs know how to bring it in bed. Verdict Writing from Mia's point of view, Walker nails her emotional confusion about love vs. lust and the pull of thug lovin'. Outstanding dialog is penned with trash-talking advice from the crowd at Claire's Beauty Palace. But the author also loads up his story with numbing details of clothes, dinners, and the workplace. For women who are suckers for love.
