Hammer Stud is a 14-year-old boy with the unusual ability to turn his hands into hammers. With a father who often abandons him to go on expeditions, Stud fends for himself while trying to achieve the goal his father has told him is the most important in life: to make a true friend. Unfortunately, the other kids in his town shun him for being weird, so he goes on his own adventures and finds true friends along the way.
